SOUTHBASE OEM RULE

In order to make it clear to all of our customers on the rule of our OEM service, we’d like to make some tips here for you to understand better.

Rule 1 Package

1.Our standard packing rule for different sizes is as below and their OEM rules.

2/1 GN Pan : 6pcs/carton with PE bag for each pan.   OEM: 6pcs/carton

1/1 GN Pan : 6pcs/carton with PE bag for each pan.   OEM: 6pcs/carton

1/2 GN Pan : 12pcs/carton with PE bag for each pan.   OEM: 6pcs/ inner carton >>>>>> 12pcs/outter carton (2 inner cartons)

1/3GN Pan : 18pcs/carton with PE bag for each pan.   OEM: 6pcs/ inner carton >>>>>> 18pcs/outter carton (3inner cartons)

1/4 GN Pan : 24pcs/carton with PE bag for each pan.   OEM: 6pcs/ inner carton >>>>>> 24pcs/outter carton (4 inner cartons)

1/6 GN Pan : 36pcs/carton with PE bag for each pan.   OEM: 6pcs/ inner carton >>>>>> 36pcs/outter carton (6 inner cartons)

1/9GN Pan : 48pcs/carton with PE bag for each pan.   OEM: 6pcs/ inner carton >>>>>> 48pcs/outter carton (8 inner cartons)

You can also choose the quantities you want for inner cartons as OEM content.

2.Labels

Normally we provide standard cartons showing basic data on the both size:

Model name/Quantity/Net weight/Gross weight…

OEM: Labels to put on or Print information you need (barcode/QR code/other text info) on the cartons

Rule 2 Logo on the pan

OEM: Labels on the pan or lasering.

We use lasering machine to print your logo or other text info on the pan, normally on the corner, the bottom or back, price will be different based on the quantities of the lasering positions and logo content.
